Stop #1 on the Robert Trent Jones Trail.

Other than the sand traps, marshes, lakes, undulated greens and narrow fairways we found the first golf course pretty easy.

In Alabama, you must put your hands on your hips for photos.

Chris Cantrell, drove up from New Orleans, bought us dinner and thought about buying a bike and a rubber duck to join 40overpar.

Never Cantrell *Friends- 40overpar has modified its original plan. Originally we were in hopes to bike the entire Robert Trent Jones Trail in Alabama. 40overpar made a miscalculation on the distance and the time it would take to bike the trail. We decided we would still like to see and play all the sites on the trail. We rented a car in Mobile on Wednesday, after pedaling into town. We will use the car for a week, play 36 holes a day and get to every site. After our week of hacking, we will get back on the bikes in Mobile and with lady luck on our side pedal into St. Augustine, Florida.
